One retail branding partner on contracted Bangladesh placements for 12 months from the agreed activation date. Earlier competitor sponsor placements and links are retired and checked before activation.
Our earlier retail branding work includes KRY International. Existing KRY International branding and links on the contracted Bangladesh placements would be removed and checked before Dazzle’s activation. This proposal does not assert that an earlier agreement has already been terminated.
Approve the theme, placements, term and measurement plan. Then agree a delivery schedule and one-showroom pilot. DeviceGPT remains Teamz Lab’s product.

03 / Before you decide
A few clear answers.
Will another retailer get the same Bangladesh placement?
No, for the 12-month agreement from the agreed activation date. Exclusivity covers the contracted Bangladesh retail branding placements, not ownership of DeviceGPT. Existing KRY International branding and links must be removed and checked there before activation.
Does monthly billing mean a monthly contract?
No. The agreement is for 12 months from the agreed activation date. Monthly billing is ৳20,000 × 12 (৳2,40,000 in total). Upfront annual billing is ৳2,00,000. Renewal, early termination, taxes and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Is this a separate app that we own?
This proposal is for a branded DeviceGPT experience and licence. Teamz Lab retains the product. Separate app ownership, a dedicated store listing or source-code transfer would need a different agreement.
Are the checks guaranteed to identify every fault?
No. Some information comes from Android, some checks require a person to look or listen, and some data is unavailable. The accuracy audit is in progress. This concept does not replace technician inspection or provide hardware certification.
What needs agreement before work starts?
The theme, exact placements, support limits, delivery schedule, billing term, taxes and how pilot results will be recorded. The one-showroom pilot and 30-day period are proposed scope, not a guaranteed launch schedule.
